Our Business Plans allow to set, through concrete strategic initiatives, the right performance targets in order to maximize the company’s potential and defend its competitive advantage over time. Business strategy is an ongoing process of aligning long-term goals with the company’s external opportunities and risks.

We offer focused training programs for every strategic and financial need, from business planning and performance monitoring to mergers and acquisitions activities. AURORA Academy courses do not require special requirements, can be conducted either online or “on-site” at the Client’s premises, and help consolidate people’s skills and competencies, adapting to any level of the company.

Temporary Management

We are asked to enter our Clients’ companies operationally as Temporary Managers to handle extraordinary or critical business situations such as divestitures, restructuring, or internationalization plans. In these cases, we work closely with Client’s team to carry out the mandate and, above all, share the approach to enhance the corporate skills to continue the journey.

Mergers & Acquisitions
Inorganic growth (M&A) consistent with your strategy.

We stand by our clients throughout the entire transaction, from the deal origination for both Buyer and Seller side (scouting of possible targets to be acquired or investors) to the execution. We conduct in-depth analysis of companies, through Commercial Due Diligence and Financial Due Diligence, to extract the full potential for value creation and business synergies with our clients. Whether it is a divestment or an acquisition, AURORA acts as an independent advisor to provide professional and methodical valuation.

Corporate Diagnostic
Comprehensive business and financial health check-up.

Complete check-up of the economic and financial situation through the analysis of the annual reports, integrated with Management Accounting items (e.g. average marginality per product/service, profitability of each distribution channel). The Diagnostic enables targeted managerial initiatives, such as top-line acceleration programs (revenue increase), margin improvement plans (EBITDA enhancement) or operating cost optimization.

Management Controlling
Keep everything under control, no year-end surprise.

We monitor with a defined frequency (e.g. every month-end) the financial and management KPIs of your business, analyzing deviations from Budget and Business Plan targets. We also offer support in the Finance area with interim CFO roles to respond to specific needs such as Budget preparation or development of cost accounting (e.g. cost allocations). Our Management Control will keep you on track to achieve tangible results.
